Configuring the gradebook
Setting up the gradebook can be challenging. Email ITSHelp@Colgate.edu if you would like assistance.
- Assignments and Quizzes are automatically added to your course gradebook when you create them in the course.
- You can keep the gradebook in Moodle hidden from students and make it visible at any point during the semester if you wish to. The exception is that if you grade an assignment in Moodle, students can see the assignment grade when they select that assignment unless you use the Grading workflow. - Students can see only their own grades.
