If the instructor is no longer employed by the University, permission must be sought from the Department Chair. <br><br><strong>The following steps are taken in this process:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The student should email the instructor or Department Chair requesting access to the course materials.
